Refund Policy
If an item in your purchase is damaged or there is a size issue, we offer an exchange with a different piece or size. An exchange must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order, and the item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and retain the original tags and packaging. No exchange is available for international orders.
Customized products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at kavzluxury@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are not accepted. However, we offer store credits or exchanges for your product.
For international orders, if the item is damaged, we offer an exchange for a new outfit. There is no standard return or refund policy for international orders.
